Sale-a-bration Glitter Tape Card

Spread the love
Hi There! I’m back in the groove again after several weeks/months of being very limited in my time to be creative. If you follow my blog you will know why.

So to celebrate my craft area being fully functional and me having some time to be creative I sat down last night and created this card using the very gorgeous glitter tapes you can receive for free during Sale-a-bration. I took my inspiration from a card done by Stampin’Up! that featured in this quarters Stampin’Up! Demonstrator magazine Stampin’Success.

A very quick card to create, as you know that is my kind of card! I placed glitter tape onto Whisper White card then punched it out using the Washi Label punch. Attached them to my card, Shimmery White, along with a sentiment stamped and punched out using the same punch, added sequins and linen thread and card done!

The tapes are so glittery and they are tearable and you can receive all 3 rolls for FREE when you make a $90 Aust Stampin’Up! order during Sale-a-bration. One thing though, you only have until March 31st to get your order in as that is when Sale-a-bration is all over for another year.

Now this afternoon I made two more cards, one is the original design by Stampin’Up! which I CASE’d  and as I was onto a good thing I made another one to show off more lovely Designer Series papers. So the one below is the CASE’d card. The DSP is from a paper stack – Pretty Petals, which here in Australia is on the Weekly Deals List.

And this one is the extra one I made. You could make a whole swag of these in one go and give them away as a gift to someone in a pretty little gift box. The DSP here is also a paper stack – Cherry on Top.

It is so nice to be back playing with my stamps again! Plus today I ran my first class for the year so that felt really great too. We did the Cottage Greetings Card Kit which was so quick and easy to create. Love it!

So please remember Sale-a-bration will be ending soon. If you’d like to get the glitter tape as your free gift pop over to my online store and make an order now. Click on the “Shop Now” Tab at the right of this post or click on the items below.

Cheers!

Janine
