Here is the result of my playing with the Hello Beautiful Bundle and Abstract Beauty Designer Series Papers. I wish I had more hours in the day to play with this bundle and matching papers! There is just so much you could do with the dies just on their own, or the dies and papers, or the stamp set on its own.
The Abstract Beauty papers are a lovely combination of colours and gold embossing. The embossing features on one side of the double sided papers. The other really cool aspect about these papers are they measure 4 x 6 inches! That makes the right size for a perfect card front or if trimmed you are only taking off a narrow strip of paper, Less left over scrap bits like you get when trimming down 6×6 papers for card fronts!
As always Stampin’ Up! has everything perfectly colour matched. If you are ever unsure about what colours are in a Designer Series paper pack, the colours are listed on the back of the pack or you will find them listed in the catalogues. This information makes creating the prefect card so much easier!
For my card the mat behind the papers is Mango Melody and the card base is Pumpkin Pie.
Do you like how the Beautiful Shapes dies emboss the die cut? It makes a great extra feature for the card. There was a good amount of gold embossing on the papers so not a lot of extra bling required to finish the card. The loops of Elegant Gold Trim do the job very nicely.
Do check out these lovely papers and start thinking about how you would play using the Hello Beautiful Bundle for your card creations.
