Now not to leave something alone, I had a play to see how I could adapt these pre-cut printed sentiment cards into another style of card for a different occasion. Just to show how you can get more from this lovely card kit! Here it is –
So I have still used items in the kit – the Baker’s twine, the cardstock sticker strip, the sticker flowers and rhinestones and then I’ve added another couple of Sale-a-bration items to jazz the card up a bit more. The stamp comes from “Pretty Petites” and it has a matching new punch released for Sale-a-bration – Petite Curly label punch. Don’t you just love them!!! So cute!!!! The Petite Curly label punch has been layered up onto the regular curly label punch, which just happens to fit perfectly over the printed “hello” sentiment on the card.
To frame the stamped punch piece I punched out Pool Party card with the Petite Curly punch, cut them in half, trimmed off the pointy bits and adhered them under the edges of the sentiment pieces. A very nifty little way to take your cards up to the next step!
